Recently, the Science and Technology Bureau of Haimen District, Nantong City, in conjunction with the Provincial Productivity Center, launched a special action to visit and deeply empower technology-based enterprises. A special working group jointly established by the District Science and Technology Bureau and the Expert Service Team of the Provincial Productivity Center visited and researched Nantong Just-Sea Offshore Equipment Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as " Just-Sea Offshore").

     At the research work meeting, the working group gained a detailed understanding of the current business situation, R&D investment intensity, core technology research and development, intellectual property reserves, and scientific and technological achievements transformation of Just-Sea Offshore . They listened carefully to the company's pain points, difficulties, and urgent needs in policy application, technological innovation, talent cultivation, and capital turnover, and provided diagnosis and relief for the company's development. As the interviewed enterprises in this special action, we deeply feel the high attention and deep concern of the district government and science and technology departments for technological innovation and enterprise development. This visit not only brought policy "dry goods" and solutions to practical problems for enterprises, but also strengthened our confidence and determination to deeply cultivate technological innovation, increase research and development investment, and accelerate transformation and upgrading.
